1. RULES
1.1 The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules
of Sailing and the class rules of the competing classes, except as any of
these rules are altered by the regatta sailing instructions.
2. ADVERTISING
Advertising will be restricted to Category A
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
3.1 The regatta will be open to all catamarans less than 21’ in length.
3.2 Registration is not necessary, this is a free event in conjunction with
Charlie Trinque and Holly Hoffman’s wedding. Please email Kevin
Rejda at krejda@att.net or krejda1@escambia.k12.fl.us if you intend to
race so that we will have an idea of how many trophy’s we need.
4. CLASSES
4.1 5 boats shall constitute a class
5. FEES
5.1 Entry fees – None
6. SCHEDULE
Saturday, April 21st
1000 Skippers Meeting behind Key Sailing
1130 Warning signal
Dusk at Opal Beach – Wedding ceremony
Sunday, April 22nd
1000 Warning signal
No race will start after 1430
Awards to follow.
7. RACES
There will be no limit on the number of races to be attempted.
8. Sailing Instruction
Sailing Instructions will be available at registration.9.
Scoring
The low point scoring system of RRS Appendix A will be used.
When 5 or fewer races are scored a boat’s score shall be the total of all races.
If 6 or more races are completed a boat’s score shall be the total of all races
excluding the worst eligible finish.

1. RULES

3.2 Mail in early registration.
3.3 Entries will be taken on the day of the regatta
4. CLASSES
4.1 5 boats shall constitute a class
4.2 Multiple starts are planned, based upon entries
5. FEES
5.1 Double handed boats $70
5.2 Single handed boats $45
5.3 $25 late fee for entries postmarked after March 7th 2012
5.4 Entry Fee includes shirts for skipper and crew.
